Product photography takes real time and money, and copycat sellers reuse unprotected images. Watermark.ws lets you add your store logo or name to every product photo before you publish it, whether you sell on Etsy, eBay, your own Shopify store or elsewhere. Check each marketplace's image rules first: some do not allow watermarks on the main photo.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Upload Product Images

Drag your product photos onto the page or import them from Google Drive, Dropbox and others. JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP and other formats work, up to 100 MB each.

  2. Step 2: Apply Your Brand Watermark

Add your store logo or name. Set the placement, size and opacity so it protects the image without hiding the product details buyers need to see.

  3. Step 3: Download and List

Download your watermarked product images one by one or as a zip, and upload them to your store or marketplace.

What you can do

Deter Image Theft

A visible watermark makes your product photos far less useful to a copycat store, and protects what you spent on photography.

Consistent Branding

Put the same logo in the same place on every product image, so your listings look like they come from one shop.

A Whole Catalog at Once

On Premium, one edit holds up to 5,000 photos. Apply your watermark, crop to square or 4:5 and resize in the same edit, then download them all as a zip.

Questions people ask

Will a watermark affect how my products look in listings?
Placed with care, a watermark protects the image without distracting from the product. A semi-transparent logo in a corner, or a faint mark across the middle, works for most shops. You control exactly how it looks.
Can I watermark images for several marketplaces at once?
Yes. Upload all your product images and apply the same watermark to every one of them in one edit (up to 5,000 files on Premium). Crop to square for one marketplace and 4:5 for another in separate edits.
Do marketplaces like Amazon allow watermarks on product images?
Policies vary, and Amazon is strict: its main product image must not carry text, logos or watermarks. Check the current rules of each platform before you upload. Your own shop, social media and ads are where a watermark is always up to you.
Can I save my watermark template for future products?
Yes. Save your logo, position and opacity as a template and load it on every new batch of product photos. Loading your own templates is part of Premium.
